Engine Power Measurement

This app is made to measure car or other vehicle engine power and torque by just driving the car on the road by simulating a real dyno run. The air drag and mechanical losses are included, but atmospheric condition correction is not provided. This app also includes:

- The vehicle data can be save as well as the measured data
- Vehicle data can be modified even after the measurement and the engine power and torque can be recalculated
- Two algorithms (smoothing, curve fitting) are provided for improving final power and torque evaluation
- Average of several measurement runs can be calculated

The measurement is based on the accelerometer in a cell phone or a tablet, so take care that it is rigidly mounted to your vehicle and you are driving on a straight good-conditioned road.
