CCT CONICET Mendoza

El Centro Científico Tecnológico (CCT) CONICET Mendoza, denominado hasta 2007, Centro Regional de Investigaciones Científicas y Tecnológicas (CRICyT), es un organismo oficial de investigación creado mediante un convenio entre el Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas de la Argentina (CONICET), la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo y el Gobierno de la Provincia de Mendoza. Tiene como principal objetivo, asegurar un espacio apropiado para la ejecución de investigaciones científicas, tecnológicas y de desarrollo, en el espacio físico y de influencia que le compete.

En la provincia, el CCT CONICET Mendoza es el ámbito por excelencia para el desarrollo pleno de la vocación académico-científica y la producción de conocimiento.
Dentro de sus funciones, el CCT CONICET Mendoza:

Contribuye a la interrelación de las distintas Unidades Ejecutoras (UE) y los grupos de investigación en la zona.
Brinda servicios de apoyo prioritariamente a las Unidades Ejecutoras y los grupos de investigación que les están formalmente vinculados.
Brinda a terceros, servicios de asesoría, convenios y proyectos específicos.
Articula y mantiene relaciones de cooperación y difusión con la comunidad.
El centro alberga a un diverso grupo de investigadores y técnicos del CONICET y otros entes nacionales y provinciales.

Está constituido por siete Institutos destinados a la generación de conocimiento científico y tecnológico, y su aplicación y transferencia a la sociedad. Ellos son: IADIZA, IANIGLA, IBAM, IHEM, IMBECU, INAHE e INCIHUSA. The Scientific Technological Center (CCT) CONICET Mendoza, known until 2007, Regional Center for Scientific and Technological Research (CRICyT), is an official research organization created by an agreement between the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research of Argentina (CONICET) , the National University of Cuyo and the Government of the Province of Mendoza. Its main objective, to ensure an appropriate space for the execution of scientific, technological and development research in physical space and influence that jurisdiction.

In the province, the CCT CONICET Mendoza is the area par excellence for the full development of academic and scientific vocation and knowledge production.
Among its functions, the CCT CONICET Mendoza:

It contributes to the interrelation of the various Executive Units (EU) and research groups in the area.
It provides support services primarily to executing units and research groups who are formally linked.
It provides third-party consulting services, agreements and specific projects.
Articulates and maintains cooperative relations and community outreach.
The center is home to a diverse group of researchers and technicians from CONICET and other national and provincial bodies.

It consists of seven institutes for the generation of scientific and technological knowledge and its application and transfer to society. They are: IADIZA, IANIGLA, IBAM, IHEM, IMBECU, INAHE and INCIHUSA.
