About Pregnancy exercises & workouts
We’ve selected the most effective and time-tested exercises for pregnant women, which are united in 3 training programs for 1, 2 and 3 trimesters. Each training program contains safe exercise during pregnancy for the corresponding trimester.
Fitness workout contain detailed descriptions of the implementation, recommendations and video instructions by our virtual trainer.
A total of 33 different exercises application of fitness, Pilates and yoga are ideal during pregnancy.
