Ummmm hi again mega this time I'm having an issue in uploading files... I dunno why this is happening but i think the issue is in your app? Cause when im trying to upload some files it took hours/half hours before it upload... In short the upload speed is so slow i have a strong WIFI connection and i make sure i pay it. And yet the uploading speed is still slow. I try to uninstall/install, restart,etc. But the uploading speed is still slow plss help. ( sorry for the grammar

Mega offers reliable cloud storage and unlike Microsoft Onedrive, synchronisation between local and cloud storage is reliable. I have not seen reduction of storage from 50GB to 15GB (i.e. loss of 35GB) at 30 days reported elsewhere. My one niggle is cloud space lost to Sync Debris, which in one instance took out 12 to 15GB space (is this the cause of the above reduction of storage space?). If you access Mega via the web and periodically delete be Sync debris, space loss due to it does not become a problem. Perhaps Mega need to add an option to auto-delete Sync debris after seven days?

The fact that you have an account with free 50gb is incredibly amazing. Unfortunately, the app now is not working, it is not synchronizing with the photos on my phone anymore. I tried many times to refer to the upload folder and try uploading while the charger ia connected or disconnected, no way. It doesn't work. Anyone one know why? Thanks

If u could just complete two tasks. Task 1:add a camera feature which can pop two options online and offline.(helps user directly send to mega if he wants else u know it.) task 2: add an online uploding video feature that helps user spontaneously upload without being saved to phone memory! If u make these possible which other apps doesn't possess, mega will be the best..

Awesome! I have it on my Windows phone too and it's a great way to transfer my photos. I can store it on my SD card on my Windows phone. Is it possible that you could allow us to do that on Android phones too, please? I don't have a lot of storage space on Android. Windows OS is far superior, in my opinion, as regards the issue of using your SD card as your internal storage. Update: This is even better than l thought. It works much faster than Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox. Uploads videos really fast! I am recommending it to all my friends! Moreover, I don't care how many gbs of storage space l get. I am just grateful to have this for free!

MEGA, I'm very disappointed how you market this product. On the front page of Google Play it states and I quote: "MEGA is Cloud Storage with Powerful Always-On Privacy. 50 GB for free" But 35GB is taken away after 30 days and is call a so called registration achievement bonus. This is unacceptable, you should either amend the wording, or give new customers the full 50GB. Sorry but this is really unprofessional.

Low marketing integrity. The illusion of extra data is not worth the hit your reputation is taking. Your huge sustainable competative advantage is "Kim, the system buster, Dotcom...." Integrity wins. Don't throw it away on bad marketing strategies. I don't want to support big tech communist NWO freaks. I'll take less data anyday... but please shoot straight!

Very good app for cloud storage and there's no other app that has this kind of security. Now coming to the negative part - Secondary folder option can only upload one folder, please give a option to select more than one folder for uploading.

Overall this is a really bestest app only one problem i been having a couple times,, download was stopped in the middle of downloading and lost yet the data still in the app and i need to redownload if that happen.. please fix it dev.. i lost many quota because of this issue.. But i really do recommend this for people to get one and sign up.. its really a good app

Does not have reliable PAUSE-RESUME system , files get corrupted and unusable if resumed after being paused. But very good speed for download ONE GO.

Thanks for feed back. Move app to SD card was in all the previous versions. *FYI* This last update it was taken out. It won't let you move it. 6.0.1 mm. I know how to move apps to SD card, I do it all the time. I'll give 5* cause mega is great. Can you bring the move app to SD card back? Mega took it out this last update. It helps so much on storage

Great app. Finally, a storage app that stores what you want it to and only that. It doesn't automatically try to grab every photo/file in your device unless you set it up that way. Nice format, easy to use while still feature rich. 5 stars.

An option to use only Wi-Fi, please, I wasted almost 200MB just because I walked away from Wi-Fi range. EDIT: Thank for your reply :) when I see that option, I'll definitely change my rating to 5 stars, have a nice day!

Would have gotten a 4or 5 if it were possible to transfer/copy files from mega cloud storage to external drive, in this case a flash drive, thru an Android tablet. It is so easy to transfer to mega, wish it was as easy to go in reverse.

If it wasn't for the reviews here, i wouldn't know that we actually only have less than the actual marketed storage space available. And please allow us users to download files using a different downloading software, as the downloader included by default in the app is kind of awfull for big files.

I am actually a newbie on Android after a while, and just because all of my data was on icloud and I could view the data anywhere. So by reference I installed mega ... And it turns out ..work very well, it's just make my day, and 50GB free ???????????? ...mega rocks

First things first it's "ONLY 30 GB OF STORAGE OR EVEN LESS" no guarantee. As good as Box cloud but totally unfair and unruly. Same as Box cloud programming vise, everything is good, except it's unfair and inappropriate to promise something and not to fulfill it. After a month of 50 GB free you have deducted to 30 GB. This is unfair, you should declare that in the first itself as "30 GB free" why the f lie that you provide 50 GB, this is bad, plain bad! Finally correctly tell me how many f GB will I actually get permanently?

It's very happy to us this app for downloads but the problem is that when we stop the download file due to any reason is unable to resume and again we have to start from first. It was the thing hurting me because data is also important for download. I think they may re-set this feature which is helpful to users

I loved this app until the latest update. Now whenever I try to open a specific file the app crashes. I can navigate menus and folders fine, I just can't open any direct files, which is very problematic

Instead of telling me that there is traffic quota limit before downloading large file, it lets me download up until 90% and then just cut it off. Even worse that 90% downloaded file is deleted, just gone like that. You wasted my time, my limited data plan and my hope.

A very good app...50GB is a lot...and is free. Very easy to use... Only drawback is it has transfer quota restriction for the free account. Apart from that it's the best Cloud Storage anyone can find.

Says 50gb at first but after a month now says its 15gb storage. So now I have 37gb out of 15gb. So now a pop up comes up saying to upgrade and pay for extra storage. When I originally had 50gb. And they took 35gb out of it. So?

Hate!!I paused the downloading file after some time the file is missing waste of time and data I just downloaded mega coz the file was uploaded to mega NEVER REPEAT THIS MISTAKE AGAIN IF I HEARD MEGA FROM ANYWHERE I WILL START RUNNING

This is one of the worst cloud storage services I've seen. Anytime you try to download a huge file it always gets stuck on the way with no option to resume. Waste of data for me.

Lost files in previous version of MEGA when I emptied the Rubbish Bin in this application. Now updated, but not sure if this bug has been removed. Can anyone tell us the outcome after emptying rubbish bin?

Absolute garbage. It keeps loading and never actually gets into the app. I have effectively lost access to important files because I decided to trust them in your servers, I strongly suggest potential users to stay away.

Great storage space and privacy factor. Can get a little slow when adding multiple images but any app could using that much memory and data.

The transfers automatically stops after a short time. I don't know why this is happening. Please let me know if this is a bug or a settings problem.

I chose you because you are famous for e2ee file synchronization, not because you have built-in chatting. Focus on cloud storage and stop trying to add social features please.

Bad app Cant even resume the downloads After pausing my downloads,close the app then open it again all the unfinished downloads are gone I have to redownload everything from start again? Why do you add the pause feature then?? Such a bad app it is..

I felt like this app lacks something,so I gave only 4 stars. But it is much better than other storage apps.

This app is extremely frustrating. With the latest update, I can no longer properly download files from Mega links. The app downloads them, then they never appear in my downloads or anywhere else in my phone and I cannot download the file again.

I love this app in most ways, but I have one huge issue - ghost space. I was downloading something and after it was complete, it left around 800m of ghost space in my 'misc' memory in the storage menu. No cleaner app can touch it. I can't find it digging through the system files. I know the two things are related because it happened at the same time and the 'ghost space' that is being hogged is the same size as the file I downloaded through Mega. I can't figure out how to fix this and it has eaten a sizable chunk of my phone's internal memory.

Waste my mobile data quota, i download file for 3,44 gb and get stuck on 3,00 gb, and it says exceed transfer quota or something. I paused my download and fc the app,then the file is gone,like GONE! You can't continue your download and must start from beginning again! I just waste my mobile data quota 3,00 gb and got nothing! Curse you! You should make the unfinished download file menu and make it appears. This is 2018 make it happen and I'll give you 5 stars with good testimony, don't make people give you negative energy. DON'T INSTALL THIS APP GUYS,BETTER USE GOOGLE DRIVE

In the beginning about a month ago when I installed MEGA I had 50GB of free space and now after a very short period of time I only have 30GB!!! Don't really know what the problem is. Maybe something went wrong on their database so who knows.... Anyway thanks for 30GB hope these won't be vanished as the last 20GB of the free space...

Love the app and the fact that they offer 50gb for a free account is a no brainer. The inbuilt video player is also great just would be awesome if they add controls like enabling/disabling of subtitles ect

Great app but it really needs sync to and from phone storage. For keeping files in sync with other devices. And please stop implementing social features like audio and video calls. Please improve cloud storage features instead.
