Qscan Patient Access

People need to read the brochure first before getting frustrated. It clearly states "You may be unable to register for your account within the first 48 hours". It completely depends on the type of scan you had as to how quickly the results are processed and then a typed report can take longer. This app is fantastic as I was able to access my body composition results quickly

This is a great way to keep a record of scans without having to store films at home or beg my doctor for old reports. It would be nice to have a quicker way to switch between the individual pictures in a file, like swipe left/right the way most photo apps manage it, but that's a pretty small complaint. Registration was simple but it would probably make more sense to let us use an email address as the username, which will be easier to remember if we need to install the app again, e.g. on a new device.

Works completely fine despite other reviews. There was no problem logging in and I had recieved my multiple scans within 24 hours as was told. No 'bogus' review here.

Some must have used every app in Google Play store to be able to claim this is the worse app ever. And unlike some I like this app as it saves you carrying the printed x-ray, CT scans etc around with you.

Total rubbish dosen't work, 1 month after my first scan and nothing shows.

Finished scan 4pm images there 10 am next day - that id good especially as new account

Easy to use. No problems setting up account. My images were available same day. Even tells you when report is available for view.

This is the WORST app ever. 2 days post X-ray and still cannot access. What was wrong with the old way of giving the film to the patient? It's a sneaky way of forcing patients to stay with qscam because they are too lazy to print films. Will go to a competitor. No one is this stupid. I hope you read this Qscam you are not up to scratch. You should have vigorously tested and retested your stupid app before roll out. If suddenly someone leaves a higher rating trust me it will be bogus.

Quite honestly the worst app I've ever downloaded in my 3 years of using Android. Still trying to view baby pics from 2 weeks ago!

Just want to view my scans. What's wrong with the old system. If you make an app make sure it actually works. Wouldn't mind seeing my results but app continuously shuts down. Prefer hardcopy when it comes to important documents but was only given the app option at the hospital

Doesnt notify you when new scans are available, email links dont work, server frequently offline. Shabby stuff.

I cant log into my account and I can try to recover my account cause ethereal app just breaks when I try to do either

Use the website to get your images. The app is unusable.

The send email function doesn't insert the actual link into the email :-/ Viewing x-ray works well.

Everytime I go log in I get to my scans as soon as I click on it the app closes

Can't even click to register

Have been trying to access for 48 hours. Won't open.
