About CIG Patient Access
Canberra Imaging Patient Access is used to access reports and images for patients who have had scans performed at a Canberra Imaging branch. You should always discuss your report with your doctor before you read the report yourself.
When you leave Canberra Imaging, they should provide you with a 'Patient ID' and an 'Accession Number' that you can use together with your name and date of birth details to register for a username and password. Once you have a login name and have set a password you can use those login details again without the need to register if you have another study done.
Canberra Imaging Patient Access allows you to view diagnostic reports of any studies as well as the images for these studies by clicking the 'View Images' button at the bottom of the report.

I read the reviews below and thought surely they would have fixed it by now. Anyway, the app also crashed for me when I tried clicking on the results, I couldn't view them at all. I called medinexus and they were completely unaware of the problem. They told me to use my computer to access the results.

Pitty this App never works. Out of 4 family members i have never been able to use this. Rubbish and wouldn't waste your time trying to login
