Was told my product will be delivered as soon as possible but no communication till 8.30pm. When called i was told it will be deliver by 9.30pm. I am here at 10.15 with no medicine in hand. commitment to delivery of critical product like medicine should be taken very seriously and if you cannot meet that delivery time promised why take the responsibility. Rather start something which is not time bound. Its 10.15 now and I can go no where now for medicine.

Quiet late delivery and very very poor refund mechanism fix these two things

Where is the app its not installed in my app list but the browser is showing it as installed...I am unable to open it

Service offered by Medsonway was excellent and Delivery speed was also good. Delivered medicine within 24 hours as said. Also Customer Care Service provided by them was very good.

Not able to place order. Error comes at the time of checkout. The call centre did not pick up the call even after holding for 5 minutes.

Absulatly this meds on way Do not want sell medicine through This app clearly never purchased from this app

Why I am getting message that your order has been delivered continuously. Within 10 min I got 100 message. There is something wrong. Please look into it

They do not understand importance of timely delivery of medicines. I placed my first order with expectations that it will be delivered in 24 hours as advertised. To my surprise I received the call to confirm the order after 21 hours and after that I could not see my order at all in their app. After rigorous follow up for another 4 hours I was told that they will first collect the prescription and then deliver the medicines in another 24 hours. Pathetic app.

I got d medicine 1st time,but in 2nd time they told me that they not have a single medicine of my prescription & also they not give me the time that when I will get

i order medicine.they say upload dr. precribtion. i upload dr.precribtion,they say i never give substitute medicine.then i again upload dr.new precribtion,with dr.stamp reg.number. They say reg.no.is wrong. ????? . waste of time and money

Login not possible using Google g+.Unable to order.Blank page issue not yet resolved in updated version.App issue.Answer logically. Don't give illiterate answer.Stop giving rubbish answer for App issues.APP ISSUE NOT DELIVERY ISSUE.If can't read English properly, I will teach you.Minor Bug not yet resolved.

I have placed order for the first time but after 4 hrs I have not got any confirmation. It only shows Order Placed. Also, I can't see my total amount. And I think only COD option is available?? Please improve this app. I would not use it further until it has got above details..

The best fake promise..abt delivery.. And when you chase for your order they will not receive your call also..

Just used application to order medicine but I don't see billing information at the end any where. Dont see any  way to cancel the order via application online. post fix may be rating can be updated

Order on this App if you have lot of free time to sort out your messed up orders. Delivery of wrong medicines, mistakes in bills, overcharging in bills, they do it all and then you have to get all the iasues sorted out. They have messed up 2 out of the 3 orders that I have placed with them. This time I am waiting for more than 13 days for a refund of excess amount charged in my bill. These guys seem to have no idea about how to run an e-commerce business. Disgusting experience!!

On my first order..adequate service was given..nonetheless its good competition to others..No fake promises..got good discount..satisfied with the service..response of delivery guy is quite good.& was not awaited for delivery..

Service n discount is really good. After uploading prescription why you need physical copy of prescription? If you need for some reason then also why are you putting stamp on it?

A couple of times have got the orders deliverd, it's been a week no signs of delivery this time around, neither any reply from CC upon enquiry... Finally someone heard and acted upon thanks for the delivery....
