Calls lately just keep dropping. I live in FL and my Bf is jail in GA and last two weekends the calls have dropped. So frustrating as I have 4G and wifi so need to fix this problem. Frustrating customer. Update. 11/18/16. I HATE THIS APP. When this is your only way to talk to a loved one who should not even be in there in the first place, annoying to see his face and a couple mins later it drops. Does it every darn weekend!!!! If you think it is getting better, your wrong. Worse app ever!

The calls always drop, and when you still have 28 minutes left you can't schedule a visit unless your minutes are up to 30 or more. Which mean you have to purchase more!

Every time I schedule a visit the visit never come through

Worst app ever have wasted more time then I ever should have I have Uninstall re-install so many times it straight up pathetic the crap I have been through then when u actually do get to do video visit the screen fades in and out and freezes up oh and what really gets me is that both people will hear each other loud and clear then out of nowhere u can't here nothing I've calked customer service several times during regular office hours and have only had someone answer 2 times out of the 50 I've called it's straight up a joke!!!!!

When asked to enter your date of birth, the field requests a format that requires a ".", however, a "." is not available to input into the field! If that wasn't stupid enough, notifications pop up constantly to tell you that you haven't registered!!!! What garbage.....

Please fix registration

This app needs fixed or best rewrote. Cannot connect always says u need to register, problems with phone number and birthday format. It is just plain awful. It is sad that you have to fall prisoner to one company for video visitation. No pun intended.

I was a little irritated by the registration. For the birthday it was asking for a specific format in mm.dd.yyy form. The issue being it didn't give you a choice to input a "." I had to put a . in another field and copy and paste.. I hope the visitation part isn't bad or I'll have to change my rating

This service sucks. Never works. Don't use this service. I honestly feel like they are preying on those who have loved ones serving time.

It says I'm registered, but when I try to schedule a visit it says I'm not registered...I emailed customer support who fixed this problem.Then I paid $24 for visiting and it won't work, it asks me to pre-pay, which I have... and is non refundable.

Everytime I register, it says that I haven't registered. Then it keeps popping up on my phone. It is very sickning. This app really needs to be fixed. I really want to see my love ones.

Every time I register it says I haven't. And then it won't stop notifying me that I haven't registered. I finally had to uninstall it.

Pops up constantly. Saying you haven't registered and doesn't want to let you uninstall/ however they are better than securus and aren't scared to reimburse you your money...but the app is wiggedywacklol....update this sheeesh so I can show my man the world while I'm out and about
