Pointless!!! I place a refill request, wait a couple hours to pick up my script and every time they still haven't even looked at it, so I still have to go through the whole process anyway. Defeats the purpose of "trying to save time" by placing your order ahead of time

The chemist has my scripts ready when I get there. And answer any questions I have sent them. This is great. The only draw back is the doctors which is in the same building isn't on board so I can't reorder scripts yet.

My medications have never loaded after numerous times of visiting the pharmacy and they have tried to fix it. Pointless app for me

Don't know whose at fault but every time I place a request for a script to be filled and when I go to collect it's still not ready and sometimes it's been like an hour and they still don't have it ready. Not convenient if I'm expected to still wait?

This is the 3rd phone I have had. The first was a (Hauwei), the second was a (Sony). I had no problems with my App MedAdvisor working. I now have an OPPO brand phone and I don't receive notifications or even email I have turned on all the notification buttons in the App that I can. But don't get any notifications I noticed I was short of medication so I checked my MedAdvisor App. It is supposed to notify me when I need to send an order to my chemist for more medications. And after the chemist has filled the script it is supposed notify me as well. It also should notify me when I need to see my doctor to get more scripts. When I physical open the App I can send an order to my chemist and they receive. But when they fill the order I don't receive notification.  I have deleted the App and reinstalled it and it did not make a difference. Are you able to help me with this matter  Gary Penmark

It's a great app and I never run out now. I just tap and refill then go to chemist and collect medications. I never forget to take medications anymore either. Its great i swear by it now

Brilliant ap! Once set up so easy to get scripts filled for myself and other members of my family (and over the counter meds) and at any time of the day/night. Saves so much time waiting or calling, and the reminders are so useful too.

So last month my order was never received by the chemist. This months order was received by the chemist but the app is now telling me that i have run out of medication. 2 months in a row this app has failed me. Not impressed!!!!

Love this app. Just tap to refill and within a short time get a msg from pharmacy to pick up. No waiting around. Plus a bonus when i go to drs appt i can check to see if i need any new prescriptions.

So easy to see the repeats your pharmacy has on file, and the easiest way to order your prescriptions, and it's ready when you get there with NO wait time. The time you can save is amazing! Definitely recommend.

Makes keeping up with medication for the whole family so much easier. Love it. Less chance of running out.

Should not require the permissions it does. Access to my contacts, camera, phone and location is not something appropriate for an app like this.

I have had a livertransplant and take a lot of medications. Since installing MedAdvisor this is siple, I can track my meds, order them and get a message when they are right to pick up. I love it, thank you.

Really helpful with keeping me up-to-date with my meds and prescriptions. And it's handy being able to pre-order scripts, so I just have to pick them up.

Great app, especially to have meds recorded for family should they not know your requirements. Certainly a handy information source for medical professionals and carers

I find it absolutely great but readinngmothhermcomplaints I think we have the greatest Chemist going, because without thhat the App's useless. Andrew Aldinga Beach.

This app has been a 'game changer' for me. I am able to manage medications for my family effortlessly. My local chemist is fast and efficient when filling my orders.

Great app, super helpful. As a suggestion perhaps use some sort of estimated timer for pharmacists to use for customers to see approximately when the order will be ready

Does what it says on the tin. I love being able to leave my repeat scripts at the chemist and order refills from my phone. No more waiting when I pick them up.

Need to be able to place order again if you have forgotten to add 1 instead of waiting for that 1 to be filled first. Apart from that its great

It's made it much easier to keep track of my ongoing order. The order is always ready by the next day!

Days left are sometimes out. Could be me missing a day. Scripts ready within 10 mins of placing order.

love this app i hardly forget meds as i use to forget to get them refilled in time. easy to navigate throughout app. a must for anyone!

Pharmacy doesn't even take the order. No point in using the app if the pharmacy doesn't take notice of the orders at all.

Excellent app. A little slow to load but very functional and convenient . I recommend it highly.

Very convenient and reminders are great. Prescriptions are dispensed quickly and my local chemist has an answer for all my questions!!

Good App - I don't find the tap to refill scripts intuitive.

For those of us who can't remember even days of the week this is indispensable.
