Can somebody go near the government building in their country(ideally all countries in the world) to report the trash in there?

It would be great to have the option to add pictures from the phone's gallery and to set the location manually as I don't have a data plan for my phone. I did the pictures offline and now I want to upload it when I'm on wifi.

Nedávno som zdokumentoval skládky, no nie cez aplikáciu. Dá sa vôbec uploadnuť foto dodatočne, lebo ja som túto možnosť nenašiel? Fotky majú samozrejme zaznamenané gps pirate, kde boli robené.
