This app is so pathetic it isn't funny. Not only are these not true Mediterranean food ideas, but I would starve to death on what they suggest. Seriously...a yogurt for breakfast??? I need something much more substantial to start my day!
Pretty much useless. For claiming mediterranean, hardly any fish/seafood, too much carb/bread, more veggie variety than lettuce and tomato and occasional peppers. Was also expecting more than 7 days worth of "recipes".
Just a recipe collection and not the foods consumed on a Mediterranean diet.
It doesnt have recipes. It says to eat lasagna, but it doesnt have a recipe.
Looking into this and working the plan starting tomorrow

Firstly I hated that every 5 seconds an ad would pop up. Secondly it's way too simplistic to be of any benefit and rather monotonous. Obviously they've never been to the Mediterranean as we have a huge variety of foods. This is a very strict regime really that would make anyone go nuts. Pun intended.
Will follow the instructions & go from there.

Lots of calls for pasta cheese & carbs. Its no mystery why Italians are the heaviest of all Mediterranean people. Spaniards eat healthier than that. Want a superior example of the Mediterranean diet? The Israeli diet is by far the cleanest in both the Mediterranean and the world. Israel has the lowest incidents of disease and malnutrition in the world. However many of the food suggestions are well appointed just cut out white pasta and opt for vegetable, spelt, or whole wheat pasta if you must have it.
Just a list of recipes with very little research behind it. The Mediterranean diet is very heart healthy; the diet described in this app is not. Too-many recommendations for low-fat products. What people dont realized is that low fat products are heavily processed, and the fats are replaced with sugars, which actually gives the food a higher glycemic index and make it super unhealthy. The Mediterranean diet keeps the natural fats, lowers the sugar content of food, and, above all, stays away from processing
This will be something to do prep meals and use a 1 day maybe for a week 5 or 7 days of. Hopefully the kids enjoy!! :0)
