GM Diet Plan for Android
This works like crazy!!! But remember to repeat this every alternate week if you wanting to loose lots of weight (>7kgs)
Most of the meals go as follows: Breakfast- 1 cup sliced apples and 1-2 glasses of water Dinner-is a bowl of watermelon with 1-2 glasses of water. Niether the vegetarian nor the non-vegetarian diet had anywhere near the amount of protien or any other nutrients the body needs to function. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU EAT FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS. THIS IS HOW YOU EAT IF YOU HAVE AN EATING DISORDER.
VERY unhealthy plan you will be missing iron snd protein. Not to be used long term if at all extream restrictions should be taken down before it sends someone to the hospital
The app which I ws looking fr so long is this... simply try it n see the result... I have gone from many things to reduce my weight bt never felt something like this could make me feel so special ... thnk u once again one thing i want to knw i dnt eat banana bt on 4th day its full of banana wht to eat then
I did it last year in June. Came down from 91kgs to 86. This year did again in March but lost only 4kgs. Main reason I think woz non availability of watermelon n honeydew/cantaloupe in winters. It worked every time coz I followed it properly n complete full 7 days. Started today again in September ...hope to reduce to 76 from present 81. Buzz me for any help anyone needs regarding ingredients or alternatives available in India.
Love it done many time really help is not yoyo at all . I lost 5kg after 7days diet program but after the program must not over eat just simple meal must include veggie, fruits & less crab. Since then i haven gain abit ... will do again have to lose baby weight. ^_^
I'm a military guy who was looking for a good way to kick start my weight loss. This diet is easy, not too expensive, and gets you results. I was really hungry the first day but my body adjusted. I'm doing this with 5 workouts a week and should be down 15 lbs by day seven. Not a bad kick start. I would say that some of the fruits and vegetables are difficult to find but it's easy to substitute it with a similar food product. Just use Google. After this diet, I will incorporate a little more protein.
It works wonders if you follow as per the daily schedule.. Although you can add some salt / boiled vegetables but not any other alterations pls for best result.. It really helped me to reduce 5kgs.. ☺ To believe it - Do it once.. Will try again to achieve my target..
This diet works and once the seven days was completed I no longer craved junk good. I lost 13 lbs. A couple of thing's, 1. do not work out during the 7 days (as per my doctor) it is a healthy diet but you are taking in very few calories and you don't want to deplete your body. 2. Water, water and more water.
I am surprised to see soo many liking this app...I too like this app. However, when it says 1 cup of Apple.. What does it really mean. It is not quantified. I can eat 2 apples and someone else can eat 1 apple. Please quantify, say 200 gms or 500gms. Then I would give 5 rating. Also, Pls mention no cigarette and drinking during this diet

I simply recommend this diet plan.. as i lost 7 kgs in the first trial and 5 kgs in the second go. My skin even looks more fresh and energised. Thanks to this diet plan. A must try but plz dont cheat or skip any single thing. Sticking to this plan only helps....
While installing I was thinking this is just a random diet plan but I lost 4.8 kgs in just 7 days. Unbelievable but GM has done it. You may feel weakness, I blacked out for a second on day 2 and sometimes vibration in my fingers on day 5 and 6 nothing serious. I would suggest you to use same size bowl it would keep the intake same. Now I am going for 7 days juice cleanse and after that I will follow the same GM diet plan again.
I just downloaded this app and reading the menu i'm wondering if its safe to workout while following this plan. I do zumba 2-3 times a week, cardio 6 days, strength and resistance 5 days, personal training (strength) once a week and abs and glutes class once a week. There seems to be no protein in this plan. I'd like to know what other people think please
Looki0ed for an app like this for awhile. But it might be worth giving choices for certain items in the menu to allow people to create alternative menus that still work in case some items are unavailable in their area or country. Aside from that good job.
This freakin diet plan made me lose 7.2 kgs in just 7days. All i did was follow the plan with my regular 30mins jogs and thats all. No crazy crunches or abdomenal exercise... awesome... thannls gm
I found few deviations from the plan mentioned in site. For example in site they have stressed on the requirement of butter along with one potato..they gave specifically mentioned not to deviate from this. Dunno which is right.
But there is a problem,some fruits and veg are not available. So pleasw give us any other option. Like water/ Musk melon, broccoli,luttuce, asparagus, beet, cauliflower. Fresh Cauliflower is not available in summers and they r not good to eat in summer.
The basics of any diet is the propotion of protiens carbs and fats u eat and this has no protiens, im sure the followers will get results on the short terms but are there long terms benefits for this. People following this surely will face fatigue most part of the day and think my body is asking me more food and i should control. I would not recommend this, this is not a balanced diet at all.
I do regular workout at gym 2 hours a day and my coach is against this diet plan as there is no protein included in the plan. And the diet plan does not advise if it's OK to workout without protein. Also I wonder if any normal person can intake 10-12 glasses of water in snack time as mentioned in day 7. I tried but could not have more that 5 glasses.
I like the plan but am annoyed for it constantly asking me to rate and asking for me to download apps I already have. Probably just going to write it down and delete this app. If it wasint for that id give it **** instead of *.
At first glance it seemed to be a good plan but if you count the calories it doesn't round out to the minimum 1200 calories for women and 1600 calories for men. So essentially this is a crash diet and you will most likely gain back the weight loss from the program.
Iam on the 7th day, and lost 4kg till 6days, but it was very difficult to follow first 3 days,then I used to it. We can try once for our confidence in food habit. My rating for this app is five star.
This diet plan s strictly NOT for ppl who workout... It will make u weak.. I am not a nutritionist, but i have little sense about diet n workout.. Our body needs high fiber to increase metabolism n good amount of protein as a amino acid source (to build muscle) ... Fat cannot b converted to free fatty acid as a Energy (Calorie) until you workout..
Amazing results.. I lost 5 kgs in one week and then continued to watch my diet.. lost 2 more kgs.. and now after a month.. am doing it again.. Highly recommended this diet to all those who wanna lose weight and get that perfect shape.. I dont like round as a shape.. :p

I have to go on the website to get the recipes for the soups and also the time structured meal plans. I find the app less informative which makes me less strict on my diet. I find that I stick to the diet properly when using the website, therefore I use the website more than the app.
Its only 7 days....You can Google gmdiet or bestgmdiet and more options there. Also a menu for indian food.... Was easy to follow and stick with...a bit too much water for me but I kept trying to drink it. On day 5 and down 10 lbs. That is with having a few beers even. Would recommend for the app to put options for substitute AND the recipe for the soup. Will be doing again in a few weeks.
I just made few changes. Had protein shakes along with Breakfast & evening snacks. This diet plan is only for calorie cutting. It's a healthy plan but u need to add protein to have high energy levels. Workout is a must to see drastic changes.
i had tired this diet plane , and it really works a lot....i have lost 5 kg in a week....its awsome....and it also removes all the toxins from the body...after a week your face will b much brighter than before....i just love the diet
I have read all the reviews of the awesome app but I m confused in one thing that what to do after following the 7 day diet plan is we have to continue this diet until we achieve our goal or to just leave this diet plan after 7 days kindly help me by giving this information thanks in advance.

Friends of mine tried and it is really effective. They loss weight really fast. It must also helped that they worked out a few minutes everyday. But the results are remarkable. So me and my husband is now planning to do the same. Hope we get the same results. :)
Do not do this diet. It's not safe for you. Even if you make it to the end without fainting you'll gain all the weight back because you're not losing it properly. You're only losing water
10-12 glass of water at snack time on day 7? Can someone confirm this? So many other place the water intake is excessive!
I'll give it 5stars after i finished this diet plan and if it really does works for me.
Success doesn't have any short cut. This is not a healthy diet at all. I followed it and didn't lose even 1 pound. Rather I am suffering from muscle pain and weakness. Please do simple exercise or Yoga. Disappointed
I'm shopping when I get up for day 1, after I weigh myself. I Will post again on Sunday. How many pounds will disappear?? I will let you know. 7 days is 7 days, I can do it!!
Never tried any diet plan earlier.. Worked great and everyone commented the difference.. Do not worry about hunger, just eat right food..

It's the best diet plan I have ever tried and I was amazed by the results .. I lost around 8-10 lbs In a week by following exact plan and it is very important not to skip or break the diet plan ,if so the results would definitely be disappointing. It's especially for those who don't reduce even a pound even after doing all sorts of workouts and excercise ....!! I sooo glad I followed this diet plan .
