Is there more to it than 7 example days of menus? I was thinking it would let me put in which calorie level I wanted to be at, then enter the foods I ate, and tell me if I was on track or not... :-(
To un-organized on how to use. Lists of things to use on the shopping list but not sizes of items to buy. I just don't like this app.
This is nothing but 2 weeks of vague meal plans and a half-assed shopping list. Waste of time.
5 minutes on google yielded far more useful info, and without any annoying popup ads.
This plan is like most things in life,We know what to do(or eat) but must break those old habits ! So have a plan,This IS a good one !!
A great tool for those recently diagnosed with hypertension. Easy to understand and follow. Description specifically states it provides a 7 day menu and shopping list to get started. Think of it as a detailed example for those who don't comprehend a written explanation. Menus must be your choice because this is meant to be a permanent lifestyle change, not.a temporary fad diet. Extremely useful if you're serious about reversing a potentially fatal disease process.
I'm familiar with the Dash from prior research. So this is a great reminder when I'm on the go or run out of ideas. Helps me stay on track. Read the fountain of the diet on the Web then use the app.
This doesn't do anything a pdf of these very vague meal plans could.
This app is a total joke. A 7 day meal plan and the shopping list only has a small portion of the meals needed ingredients. It does not go beyond the 7 days. A total waste of time. The 5 star reviews have to be phony, there is no way this is a legitimate app. I work in software in Silicon Valley and know software

The list are amazing and I think the shopping lists are pretty cheap ... it also includes some things that a lot of people like .... but I think it could include a vegetarian list because people aren't going to eat the bacon also add more days because it's only a weekly process but it could change every week to something different so your not buying the same things over again.
Like it so far. Haven't actually started the diet but I do like the way the app is set up. Easy to use. I like that. Nice to look at.

There is only 7 day's worth of information with no customizable components. The Dash diet is based on a range of calories, not set for everyone. Please add features to customize based on calorie range and allergies or likesdislikes.
I needed to lose weight a few years ago and this was a great diet for me. I have lost and kept off 30 pounds for 3 years. Now it's time to get a little more off. The program will be easier now with the new hand held take with me application.

Does not let you select your calorie plan (critical to the diet). Does not let you check off as you meet your food group requirements. Uninstalling.
