Firstly it doesn't read your location or allows you to input Manuel so from that point it deserve a 0 star,no matter how good the inferace or the other functions. Dev,if you are not gotta fit it,might as well as remove from the market

Still very clunky interface. Doesn't save payment info. Last update broke huge functionality by removing the return trip. You are now forced to make 2 separate bookings. No discounts on return trips.

Wanted to use this app during an emergency but it got immediately cancelled without any reasons. Whats the point? 1 star only because thats the minimum I could rate.

Latest update removed the return trip option. Even if u, PetMate, do not want to give us customers a discount for booking a return trip, which was auto given originally, at least leave the option in for smoother booking.
