Perkd - Loyalty Cards

Feel like got cheated. Accumulated the stamps for all discounted evouchers $10, $18 and $30 from Yum Cha but I couldn't redeem everytime I go, even on last day of redemption. Very disappointed. Don't think will ask my family to go Yum Cha anymore. Perkd said will direct my problem to the restaurant but the completed evoucher still not transfer to "offer" as the staff only can scan from "offer" category.

Hi, I have problem with my cards. Somehow the card's barcode is not showing. Could please help me with this problem? I'm using huawei p9 lite.

Installed the app to the new Huawei P10 Plus, logged in with the same user and password, and now the app doesn't show the revised side of the cards I stored before, please help.

It seems like the bar code scanning is not really working. Not sure is my phone or the apps problem. And i think not all company or membership are linked with the apps yet. But at least you can store your card member. I believe majority or all of the cards are not able to scan the bar codes. When you select the option "use camera", the camera screen is just black out and nothing show (except the box and words "Point & focus on code to scan"). Seems like the it doesn't really connect or access to the camera.

Switch between portrait and landscape mode can be more convenient, like double tap?

My families have multiple privilege cards with difference name, where all cards can be added into one single account except the Timberland Gold which can only accept one card for one account, anyway to combine all of our Timberland Gold into one account?

The issue I had previously on screen brightness has been fixed. So, app works just nice for me. Thanks for the update!
