This app is what has been missing between people and their performances. Knowing your style, strengths, and value through feedback is pricesless. Also, I get to create a social proof of my skills, problem solving abilities, and competences with this app. I can send it to HR, and employers as a data of my performance, and I can use it to evaluate team mates, colleagues or groups. This is app is worry it for students, employees, employers, and HR. I love the feedback component. Feedback is what we need to do better or evaluate ourselves, and our individual brands.
