Nice! Good app. Good selection of food options. It is easy to navigate and the additional information for food items and restaurant were a much need bonus.

app hangs after entering location

I understand you need to make money from this, but I'd rather you charge the normal prices for the food and charge a higher delivery fee. The inflated prices on top of the delivery fee make it impossible for me to track how much more I am actually paying for the service. Furthermore, why bother listing outlets like McDonald's or Pizza Hut or KFC that already do deliveries anyway? Seriously need to rethink your business strategy.

seems to only have 1 driver for the whole app. always unable to deliver because driver is rushing for other deliveries. lol then i just find other apps to deliver better.

No successful orders so far. Orders are always cancelled after 1.5hrs of waiting time. Uninstalling and going back to foodpanda and deliveroo.

Est waiting time was 22 mins. Then changed again to 27 mins then aft waiting 30 mins more still indicate 19mins. So total waiting time 1 hr for now and my food still now where in sight. And u are making me pay double the price for ur turtle service.

Minus one star for the laggy app

Love it Food is always on time and hot. If there is an issue they text you and the delivery driver keeps you constantly up to date through text. I love it when they show up with my food and that's just it! Occasionally there's an annoying glitch in the app, but very rarely do I have any issues.

Love this app Being lazy that I am, I don't feel like cooking sometimes but I also don't feel like driving. This app addresses both those issues!

Tried ordering Monster Curry but a meal that would cost $13 at the store cost $21.98 in the app? Why the $8 difference?

I cannot enter my unit number. I can't use the app if I cannot even enter my address.

It crashed and i suggest to have more food that be ordered from different location as well. Islandwide
