This app gets the job done. On rare occasion, I have to close it and restart it in order to send texts after getting a 'did not send' notice, but other than that, this is an essential app. Also worth getting the ad free subscription just for data savings alone. Didn't know ads were so large in filesize.

I paid to keep my number, they still changed it and they wont reply me. But its showing right here that I paid it and its good till july 2018. Yet I have a new number. They stole my money and wont reply me. Dont download this app.!!!!! It WAS good until they changed everyones number. I had my number for years! I paid for a years subscription but they changed it anyways. Very unhappy with this app. Be warned

Joke of an app. Paid to keep my number use the app daily but my number changed from a local number to some random number. Caused so much confusion. Nothing like paying for something for it to be switched on you. Still have not heard from customer service either. Great app except for the random phone number change on me 1 week before I renew for a yearly ad removal payment. Would love an explanation on the reason my phone number changed considering I use this application on a daily basis. That is until last Tuesday when I gave up on this application.

I can't watch videos, why? And I try to complete the offers but I don't get any rewards. When I want to report missing credits, I can't see the offers I've completed. Guys, don't waste your time if you want free calling, that's a lie. You need to purchase or "get" free credits.

I am so disappointed. I emailed support twice since July 27th and have not received any "support." The day after I started having problems ("can't find NextPlus number" and a captcha prompt?) I paid to keep my number, but still nothing's been done. I thought we had our numbers til the 31st!?!? Ridiculous.

I've changed to 4 stars now. Annoyances mostly gone now. Call quality is still not the best, but texting works flawlessly. Devs constantly tweaking the app to make it better.
