Not a good app. Lagging

When I started in kpop MAMA is what I look forward the most but now? I HATE IT SO MUCH! How can you have an awarding that is not reliable and baseless? You can't even explain that votes you took down!! You have criteria but what is it for? Really? OMG all our efforts went to waste! Those sleepless and restless days just to vote for our faves! And you want to be labeled as Asia's Most known or something AWARD etc. like Grammy's? Just pleaseeee Stop!

This was the first time I voted for MAMA and I had the feeling that this award is dirty, manipulated and corrupt. This was the first and the LAST time I spend my precious time voting on it. Please, in the next polls, at least have the decency to pretend that the votes of the fans are worth something at the MAMA awards. Have a nice day, afternoon and evening.

The result was disappointed us... from the percentage we know the winner BUT what??????? You do a cheating again.. say bye bye for your voting we won't do this again for next year. And it always crash!

Can y'all do something about the live streams?? Like place it in another link? To prevent like internet crashes? Please fix the website as soon as possible... For those international fans to enjoy it like it is live.

I look at Best Female Artist and I saw something weird.. IU's votes is getting higher but the percent is getting low..WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MNET?!!

The votes didn't count. This app is corrupted.

I made an account, but it said i didn't. The words take 5 minutes to load EVERY TIME

Deleting votes. Not clear. No explanations. 3 separate places and days for an event. Really. Not treating artists the way they should be. Artists should win based on whose really deserving. With factual evidence. App is laggy. Too much work to sign up and sign in. Too complex. Why need to vote for every single category. It makes the votes more inaccurate cuz People can just vote to whoever. Please fix all these. Respect voters because we're all you have.

It worked the first two times I voted but now it crashes every time I get to the captcha screen. I can't even click on the kpop poll page!

The newest version doenst good at all, the old one was the best. Just fix it back please

I loved this app

It works well for me. I don't know about the other features but voting feature works well. If you aren't sure if your votes have submit already, then voting on desktop version too just in case.

It keeps closing down everytime I try to vote!
