It doesn't use a cloud service. You can't log in ot the website and view your data or edit. It doesn't work with hidden numbers. You can't attach notes to messages. You can't use this as a phone log. You can't make voice/video notes. You can't record conversations. I see in my crystal ball pain when I move to a new phone and moving this data over. I'm thinking this app will quickly be uninstalled.

It does seem to drain battery and is using a lot of resources, at least on the Nexus 5. I have had to uninstall... Hopefully they figure it out

Easy interface opens up at the end of each call allowing me to make notes about the call, set up calendar and reminders. It creates a kind of audit trail so I was diligent in making notes for each call, it would give me a sense of the conversation. I love this app!

Very helpful. If along with already options if a Sticky note is also there then it will be super most useful. There are no of cases when a particular concern is not yet resolved, that is to be in sticky note to form part of conversation.

This app is an Asset, to Any mobile phone user. I have been looking for such an app (as this), for several days. To my Surprise and Delight, Refresh Me is the right choice. The developer/s provide Excellent Service, and stand behind the app 100%. I could not ask or expect anything more. Well Done!

Simple, useful and quite the lifesaver! Not at all as intrusive as I imagined it to be, gets out of your way as soon as it's purpose is served. Helps me keep track of people's names when I know that I wont know them long enough to put them in my contacts AND what we were talking about the last time we were on a call . Highly recommended for busy professionals who have to keep track of/follow up on prospective clients and for those of us who have a rather terrible memory for names. Thank you Developer!
