How often do you wish to find the time to finish a started book or get fit? Many people struggle to find a good Work-Life Balance. Some days feel like one only lives for work and housework. But as little as spending ten minutes a day doing something you love can make you feel more free, fulfilled, creative - and as a great side effect can reduce stress and make you fit (Depending of course which activity you choose to do).


Time management can be tough or sometimes one has the time, but difficulties to decide what to do...
