I think its a wonderful idea, however it won't open.. It just tells me the app stopped working and closes it. I'd love to use it! I enjoy spreading the word. **edit: I'll be happily awaiting the update on IG. Thank you!

Like you I've read the reviews old and new but I downloaded it anyway. Thinking surely by now they had fix the immediate error message when I attempt to open this app. Nope so save space on your phone and skip this one formal.

I really love the concept of this app but none of the blog posts load and the search function doesn't really work...if these issues were fixed it would definitely be at 5/5

Hi there, just downloaded the app and immediately received an error message. I wasn't able to try anything out or experience what it has to offer

As of today Oct the 12th its not working at all for me on my phone. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled and still nothing. I loved this app but now it's not even worth the space it takes up on my phone since it won't work.

love this app and what is trying to do but it is unfortunately quite buggy at the moment in an older version the subscription articles gave an error and now every time I open the app it gives me an error and says "no content available" so I can't see anything!

Since purchasing the Skin Deep subscription 2 months ago, I have yet to be able to actually access any of the exclusive content. I want to love and support this app, but something's got to get fixed here.

This app has helped me step up my makeup game! I have found beautiful new lip products thanks to this app. I have also found beautiful YouTube women to follow for how to videos on how to use all these awesome products!

Keep getting "this version of the app is no longer supported" message. What gives?

When I opened the app it keeps on saying that this version is no longer supported.

Omg this app is amazing! It really does help find colors that go with your complexion. I love the different lip swatches and brands recommended!

App no longer works

This app has been great so far. However, I recently paid the $1.99 for the Skin Deep subscription and have yet to enjoy it. I keep receiving an error with the app. I've become frustrated and may end up canceling the subscription if the error doesn't go away. Please fix this so I can enjoy the exclusives you have to offer.

If you are a brown girl on a budget and you love make up, DO NOT PASS UP THIS APP! I promise you will NOT be disappointed!!❤❤❤

I love it! Thanks for giving me a place to see what would look good on my skin before I purchase. I am a sahm of 5 and can't always get to a store so I shop online mostly.

I am so greatful to Ms. Ofunne and all the other beautiful brown skin sisters who contribute to this app and make it so much easier for us 'Cocoa' ladies to be more confident in our makeup choices!

Thank you so much for this app! I am a medium brown girl that does not understand makeup very well outside of mascara and an eyebrow pencil! This was very helpful to see how colors and brands look on my skintone! I really love the built-in links that go to the website of the product to order and the tutorial videos with the product links! I recommended this to all of my friends!

Finally an app that has shades for a black woman

It doesnt say the kind of makeup that the other skin tones have everthing is super close up and it only shows the rest of the makeup on a darker skin tone. Needs improvement but its a great idea

This app is amazing! I was also wondering if you were going to branch out to other ethnicities as well? Im part indian and its verg hard to know what suits my skin tone. Im so glad this app was made!!

And I hope they keep it FOR Black women only. Most of the beauty apps on android are geared toward white chicks anyway with little to no regard or representation of US.

I love lipstick but being a darker skinned woman I find myself leaving a lot of waters uncharted because I dont want to look silly trying something new. This app is great because I can see something on a similar if not exact shade as myself.

I have quickly fallen in love with this app. It totally revolutionizes online shopping and make up inspiration for chocolate beauties! I'm totally in love. As a makeup artist that works with all shades of the globe, I have encountered many moments of product searching when it comes to darker skin tones. Now I can order products with confidence and without worries of how it will look after application. I've already found a few shades I might not have even thought to purchase. :) This app and I will be BFF's

This is awesome. I'm tired of always having to specifically search "black woman" on YouTube when looking for swatches for predominantly white/Asian designated brands like nyx or elf.. YESSS. if I could kiss the creator I would!
