Won't let you log in.. Their IT personnel areny very smart

The fact that your first interaction with this app is its inability to log you in with the same credentials used for the website is a horrible user experience. This is not made any better by the fact that their customer support emails come from an address that doesn't seem to belong to the same financial institution.

Garbage.. I can log into the website, but when I use the EXACT same login info, it doesn't work here. Fix this piece of junk. Funny thing is, the Care Credit app which is from the same company, works perfectly fine.

Won't let you log in with your current user name and password. No link to create new profile. Junk!!

Wasnt able to login...same issues other users reported. I uninstalled & will just connect on the website

Asks for a password that is connected to an email account without ever setting up an account. Very horrible app

Should not require an email account password. Should be removed from Play Store until this is fixed.

I made an account and found out that website has an app version, downloaded it, put all of my info in and it says that my info isn't valid. Please help

They need to work on the app really bad I was unable to sign in it's just frustrating that you can't sign it quick to be able to take care of the account on a daily basis

I have an account and it's set up. I tired logging in to the app and it gives a an in valid email and/or password.
