Safmarine Ubuntu Challenge

The Ubuntu Challenge is the internal global teambuilding event of international container carrier Safmarine. “Ubuntu” is a Zulu term which refers to a sense of humanity, recognising that we are all inextricably linked. “Ubuntu” captures the very spirit of togetherness and Safmarine’s sense of family, team spirit and caring.

This year, the Ubuntu Challenge will facilitate the onboarding of new Safmarine employees and Safmarine customers, to help them develop a sense of belonging to the organisation and an understanding of the brand.

Ubuntu also provides participants the rare opportunity to strengthen partnerships and interact with the wider Safmarine network, which includes colleagues from the Safmarine Head Office team, Key Accounts, as well as colleagues from Maersk Line.
