Dispatch for Android
It seems to be getting better, a few glitches here and there that need to be worked out, but the developer is trying. They do respond back when you email them concerning an issue. I believe in the near future this will be a great app.
Instead of focusing on our customers we have to keep fighting with this app. It's fails to load and causes our techs to have to call our office for simple things like a customers phone number. I really do like this app but am getting close to giving up on it. They are trying to make it better with every update.
I agree with all the other reviews. But version was 1.0 has gotten worse with every update. Used to talk to and work with Waze maps app, but last year on an update it just stopped. When we asked why they said it never worked with Waze. Even though it had for me and 6 of my guys for over a year...
App crashes and loses network if you press your devices back button then you have to restart please fix it!
Just not reliable does not work most of the time

Constant issues. When it's working it is great but here lately it has been a series of ongoing issues. Stayed is constant contact by email and by phone with different people and have yet to find a solution that works or last more than a day. Just very frustrated that I have had to Uninstall and re install this over and over everyday to simply get by.
They don't have a web portal yet like Setmore or Visibook. Prices are quite high, and needs to be able to accept Google Play to pay the month subscription fee, but $100-$200 a month come on now, can not justify for a small business 1-2 employee's Setmore & Visibook both have free to $20-25 a month full feature subscriptions, if they had these features and lower fee they would have more customers, and stop over promising features and so many delays if ever happens
Did you remove the zip code in the address display on the multiple call screens because you know it's one of the most widely used pieces of directional information available? Ahs - " oh contractors need this to do a good job? Let's get rid of it then".....
Nothing but problems
Installed update and now It doesn't even launch. Also it's missing search option. No search on mobile devices is negative.

After the update I can't click on my alerts... have to type everything in just to schedule a job... thumbs down too much of a pain not even worth using.
Way too many permissions even more than my systems factory installed apps. but it's improved
Can't even get to log in screen. Everything is blank???

Doesn't always save pics or edtimates. Also can't view each others job pics or notes. Boooo!
This app is good for what it does. The bad thing is you have to use GPS location for the app to work. It's too hard to get the guys to remember to turn the location off. Leaving it in has increased our data usage bill a good bit..because we are always going over our limit and att won't give us an unlimited plan. Also batteries always dying so the guys leave the phones in the truck which is bad when we need to get hold of them. If they would make it work without the location I would give better rating.

app loads waaaaaaay to slow.. then it loses connection and has to reconnect.. if u push back arrow on phone, it closes app.. and needs to be able to move to sd card for more room on phone..overall, i hate this app.. only reason i use it is because my employer says so..
