GPSrunner

GPSrunner enables you to track your progress in running: You can store runs, order them by date and display interesting statistics. Not only does it use Google Maps to better visualize the track you've run, it also has detailed charts to see how you've performed throughout the run. Additionally, you can compare multiple runs and check your improvement.
Starting and stopping can be controlled inside the app, the latter also through a notification, alas removing the need to unlock your device to stop it.
But note that it doesn't stop there! GPSrunner also supports exporting runs to CSV files, which you can then use for your own projects.

Please notice that availabily and functionality of certain features may depend on your device's Android version. It has been successfully tested for Android 5.1.1.
