Easy ME - taxi, private car

Prices are good but App need alots of improvement like careem app. GPS is poor, slow and unresponsive, drivers are hard to find and takes alot of time, driver dont use GPS. It must have price estimation prior to booking like careem and uber.

Its the cheapest and this is agood point .. available most of the time.. bad points drivers arenot using gps .. and i had 2 bad experiences till now onwe of them today i didnot check the payment slup i trusted the driver .. he let me paid double the price

Really good rates...plz dont raise your rates...drivers are always available. Just if there is an option to estimate the ride fare before confirming.

I have applied for taxi. When he arrived I went out and didnt find him. I called the driver and told me he take someone else on my trip and told me to wait for another taxi and he didnt cancel my trip. I called the customer service center and they apologized but didnt send me another taxi or let the driver back to pick up me

Keeps looking for drivers for so long and I never got any driver whenever I tried on both of my phones, had a call from your offices on my other phone to reinstall the app and it's supposed to run smoothly, still nothing new.. there's another users in my house that easily get a driver so idk what's the issue right​ now

Fast and reliable, needs to add pin point gps location instead of just searching

Can't find places..can't select from Maps. Always give 5 minutes ETA and when Driver accepts the actual ETA comes. Only reason I use it has no surge pricing

Sometime coats more than normal taxi

-No promotions! -Cars booked are too far! -Shows "car arrived" even though cars are too far! -History of current month never loads!

Needs to calculate the trip price ...and should be easy to set destination.. I found it very hard to set my destination and the approximate trip price ...needs improvement

Not showing approx ride rate like uber and careem

Almost all drivers do not know how to use GPS or follow the route sent to them. All drivers don't even press the next button completely and as a result the total fare after discount/promo never applies.

Extremely bad application when you compare it to the old one. The map is not working properly, the drivers don't know where you are, they only know that you are around, the driver tracking isn't working. Please fix these issues asap or let us use the previous one till fixing

There are always available cars around me and I don't have to wait for long, so far the experience is really good n the captains are very decent.

The research is very bad it doesn't show a lot of places change it to Google maps search it will be much better or at least do like Crem app and let us choose a location on the map by dropping a pin another thing is that the app doesn't show in which direction are we going after I ride in the car so I stay worried the whole way that the driver is going to the wrong place if you fixed these tow things the app will be perfect

It was a good experience ...but it was pretty hard to me to find a taxiii I mean a real yellow taxi not a private car because I don't feeling comfortable with a private car picking me up not an official taxii ...so please stop using private cars .

I was using there services regulerly but unfortunately today my driver did something unexpected later on i complained about him and my account since then was blocked. May be you are afraid of truth thats why you shut my account.Or you are in no position to justify urselves.
