I never usually rate apps bad but hear me out. The only reason to buy online (in my opinion) is for cheaper prices and better availability. This companys prices aren't competitive against other online stores and they seem to be out off stock on a lot of products. If I have to pay full price at store that has limited stock I'd rather shop locally. The actual app seemed fine though.
