I ordered 2 amazon gift cards and have yet to receive them..I got a confirmation email when I exchanged the coins saying it'll take up to 15 days to receive it, but when I go to the email it says I already redeemed the award..and I never got the claim code!

I earned an Amazon $30 gift card and even went through the process of confirming my email to receive the rewards...but I got nothing, even after the time the page allotted for delivery. I tried emailing the group as well, only to find that the email apparently doesn't exist. Also, the app rarely ever actually worked.
