As a member of the Oak Bank Credit Union, with [app name] you can manage your finances anywhere you have access to a cellular or WiFi network. Once installed on your device, you can access your accounts 24/7 and perform the following functions:
- Check account balances and activity (including an optional QuickView feature allowing you to see account balances without having to login)
- Search account history utilizing filters and advanced search functionality to pinpoint a specific transaction
- Perform immediate and/or schedule bill payments
- Perform immediate and/or schedule fund transfers
- Manage scheduled fund transfers and scheduled bill payments
- Send & receive INTERAC e-Transfers†
Additional convenience features include:
- Memorized account login credentials
- Advanced encryption and security features keeping your finances safe
- Help feature
- Quick contact us section to get in touch with your branch for any support or questions you may have
Since your private and sensitive information is stored on your smartphone, if you happen to lose your device you can access your online banking accounts via a computer and deactivate or activate devices as necessary. All actions performed on the app are carried out in real time to your accounts, so if you scheduled a bill payment on your smartphone and then logged into online banking via a computer you would see the scheduled transfer you had setup. This goes both ways.
Please note that the app will require the following permissions to operate successfully:
- Location services - both general and pinpoint accuracy
- Device ID – used to ensure compatibility for future enhancements and for troubleshooting

o Receive data from external connections for account accessibility
o Read Google Service configuration to initialize backend setup
o Sound and vibration control for notifications and alerts
o Full network access - for best performance and to minimize connection interference or disruption
o View network connections – used for troubleshooting carrier specific issues
o View WiFi connections – used for troubleshooting access issues from private networks
