Doesnt work on my Samsung Galaxy S8 can someone help me out with some notes please. What should I do?

For the most part it's ok, but if you switch phones, you have to create another login id, which is a major pain in the ass. Even the bank doesn't know how to help..

I use a password manager to protect my information. This app does not let you paste account numbers or passwords into the login field, making this app effectively useless for me. EDIT: despite their assurances otherwise, paste function is still disabled for the login ID field.

Every time I go to log in I have to fill all fields out regardless of the fact that every time I hit remember me in hopes that I won't have to do this any longer. Fix that issue please

I loved this app and used it to accept etransfers all the time. Now I can only send them but cannot accept them using the app. Very frustrating.

Prevents me from logging in. This upgrade stinks. Previous version worked better but still had to enter my card number as it couldn't or wouldn't store my number.

Its such a little thing, but I have yet to have the app open itself for e transfers, I always get sent to the browser, then the app. And even as of lately it doesn't even open the app when I click the button to launch it. It stays on the "go to app" or "launch mobile site" page. Frustrating, might just switch all my banking to TD.

I like this app and find it useful, but had some major problems today because of it-- when I checked my account balance, it showed I had money available. I found out after shopping that this wasn't the case. It was on hold because I deposited my cheque with my phone. I would have been saved the issue if there was some on screen notification mentioning my money would be held. After calling ACU they dropped the hold, but it takes 24 hours to take effect. Money on hold should be obvious when I check my balance

Downloaded so i could make payments while out of country. Unable to make schedualed payments. Not useful. Did as prompted. As soon as you click later the app fails and closes have sent feedback.

I go to open my app and it takes forever to load then screen goes white and says error help plz!!

The first time I go to set up a new account the "login info" screen pops up and no matter what I do the continue button just stays grey!!!!! And wont let me continue!!!!! This app is garbage don't download it.

Never opens for e transfers! So annoying to have to enter my card number on the mobile website every time.

You guys need to fix this app. E-Tranfers are not launching. This is a very big set back for me... thanks

Interac e transfers never open through the app. Very frustrating

I don't like itthe app is asking for access to my contact list. My camera and pictures and there was no option out available to me

I like that you can open the app and see your balances without having to enter the password. The app does what I expect it to do.

It does the basic stuff. Seriously needs a visual upgrade following the Material design and the ability to paste from clipboard.

Love the photo deposit and e transfer features. Overall great ap.

Worked once and now can't log in. Even uninstalled and reinstalled. I am so fed up with Assiniboine Credit Union their policies and the customer service I get from them in that crappy bank...I am changing banks!!! Wish I could give it zero stars

For the most part it is a great app, recently I have been having problems with e-transfer which is a huge downside and hope it is fixed soon.

One cheque went in good. The apps not taking anymore. It says numbers don't match. I know they do. My phone and the cheque are both right I front of me.

Good all round app. Just wish we had tap to pay for our phones like the big banks

Works great, super convenient, I've never really had a problem. Only thing I would suggest, when you deposit a cheque with the app you should make the user aware the funds will be on hold for one week. This ended up costing me $80 in fees when I tried to pay my rent! A simple disclamer would have prevented this. New update looks great

Picture cheque deposits are held for 10 days. We have banked with them for 20 years and have an overdraft and credit cards with them. There was no warning for the hold. Useless as this feature is why we started using this app instead of the old one. TD does not hold with their picture cheque deposit on the TD app. One star is a joke. Would have picked zero stars if that was an option.

I have found the recent version of this app to be fully functional and reliable. Keeps me out of the branch except for cash at an atm.

How is this an update? It takes forever to load and when it does, it crashes continuously.

I used app with iPhone and no problems but then I bought a sony phone and nothing but problems......keeps saying it's not responding did you want to retry or exit app....or it just shuts off takes forever too load unlike iphone
