If you don't have service, this app is utterly useless. Quite a failing for a 'survival' app. I suppose it could be useful if you were stranded in your car near town, but for the love of god, don't rely on it in the mountains. The devs really should re-work the app for off line use.

Simple app that puts a lot of info in one place. Messing with your phone a lot trying to track down where you are and who to call while stranded will only kill your battery faster...then you're really screwed. I'd call myself a pretty knowledgeable car person and there's stuff in here I wouldn't have thought to do.
