With all this information, you will find the bookmark function very helpful. Find a paragraph in either the detailed information or Ask the Coach that you want to refer to later and with a few taps, you can save a bookmark to that exact place for later reference.
A Daily Journal like no other
Start your journal on any day of the cleanse. Go as long as you want. Input data for the current day or any previous days and if you forget something or want to change a previous day's data, go right ahead.
The journal provides an attractive format for you to keep track of:
Your morning salt water flush or laxative tea
The number of lemonade drinks you have throughout the day
Your evening laxative tea
Comments
Energy level on a 1 to 10 scale

There is so much clutter in this! It's semi-useful, just really badly designed. The slide bar to count your drinks is a pain. And having to record everything into 1 "journal" is extremely frustrating. The tools that are used everyday (drink #'s, swf, tea, weight, measurements, recipe, etc) should be on the home page, each with their own buttons. All the other "informational" extras out of the way. For the designers: download MyFitnessPal - their setup is so easy to use. Take notes!
