My device is NOT rooted, but the app seems to think it is. It has a custom ROM installed without root though. This doesn't inspire consumer confidence. You're trying to make the app more secure with a tech team that doesn't know the difference. Also shows poor quality control, as there wasn't checking and testing before rolling out the update. Please fix this ASAP.

The app won't launch because it thinks I'm rooted. Root Checker says I'm not. I understand that rooted phones have security risks depending on the stupidity of the user but this is not a good fix. Your development team needs better QA. New update as of 21/4/2017 and it still says I'm rooted.

Why did you remove pasting ability on this app? I am not using your new app because of this and now you remove it here too? Makes me want to stop using maybank, period.

I'm sure your data showed a huge dip in users because your dev. team foolishly label root users as harmful. This app won't get better if your team man up and embrace root. Stop avoiding Maybank.

I wish i could make money transfer to others (maybank & other bank) using this appclication easily without putting them in favourite. I prefer to use this application instead of using a new one.

Most of the time when I wanted to check my balance it shows that: connection failure... this is really frustrating..

Pls remove root restrictions. Android users who root their phones are usually more security conscious than not. #Fail #TwoStepsBack

The app doesn't work. My phone is definitely not rooted, but the app claims it is, therefore it is not working. It's lasting for over a month already. Can you fix it?

Very bad. After update it shows service not available. Please fix it soon as it it was the easy app to access.

I'm rooted and i'm able to use it. So rating u guys 5 stars Oh wait. That's because i hack so the apps doesn't detect

There's a reason people want to root their phones. And to force close the app on those phones means u don't want them to be using ur app. So totally not worth the install.

The transfer to new third party account is not available. It is less user friendly. Add the new feature will greatly appreciate.

This app is much much better than the new version. The new version I had to uninstall it and I rate it as "0" star.
