Matrix SPARSH M2S is a mobile softphone application running on the smartphones and tablets, delivering full-array of Matrix ETERNITY IP-PBX and Matrix NAVAN features to the user on-the-go.
Advanced Call Capabilities:
Call Transfer, Forward, Conference, Mute, Do-Not-Disturb, Hold, callback, Intercom, Paging etc.
Integration with Corporate directory and Native Contacts:
Easy access to corporate directory and phone’s native contacts
Presence Status:
Supports changing your Presence status as well as you can view the Presence status of other extension users.
Voice Mail Access:
Anywhere access to voice mail to ensure no business opportunities are lost
Video Calling:
Added advantage of making and receiving video calls.
Instant Message (IM) and SMS:
Allows to send and receives Instant Messages (IM) and SMS.
Wi-Fi to Cellular Handover and vise-versa:

The app is good but needs followings areas to be strengthen like 1. BLF Status should be displayed on main screen, 2. Call Pickup should also be on main screen and should by default show all ringing SLTs, 3. The app to be treaked so that it does not consume so much battery power, 4. The app has no close option when not in use or out of network, runs in background resulting in battery drain and heating.

I use this app when i go abroad. This app is little bit tricky but if u have good data network thn it s worth. I think matrix should provide toll free no. And 24*7 service centre support for easy system excess for the app .but overall matrix app and epbx system is really good and worth to use.

The service gets disconnected automatically when the phone is in sleep mode. Again we need to activate. Should improve for Nougat devices.

I am using two EPBX at two different locations. One is Navan and second is NE. Please make a option to change profile in your softphone Sparsh so that I can change it to desired system when required. At present I can use only one system so I have to carry two smart phones to make calls to two separate EPBX.

Very good app for the eternity voip pbx series and with many features! Works good over vpn outside of the installation place and via wifi but keep in mind that you will need a good access point in case of "in office" use! Bravo to the team!
