Fun and simple to understand exercises in convenient and simple to follow routines. The premade workouts leave a little to be desired in their variety and challenge, but are still tough enough to sweat off pounds. A good and well made app
I've been waiting for apps that shows you how to workout, types of workout and a timer and this app have everything completely
The timer on the app no longer works, it won't go past 1 round and you get told 'great job work out complete'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it but still the same problem.
Workout routines are really great and has a wide variety of exercises available. Big thanks to the developers, who have now made it possible to move the app to the sd-card under Lollipop. My wife and I now use this app very regularly.
Good simple app that lets you get into workouts quickly. Would be 5 stars if you could edit existing workouts created and add personal exercises into app. As an example doesn't have ab crunches and would like to include them into a routine...
Your app does not work anymore since the last update. Timer won't go past 1st interval.
Best intreval app, but the set my timer selection is not working with new update
I set the timer and it wont go past one round it just says workout complete. I am finding this quite annoying.

It would be perfect if you could add to the library of exercises. Some of my favorites aren't on the list.

Simple and perfect for morning..great core routine. In the afternoon I do my weight training in the gym. So it is a jump stay to my day.
I agree that all of the exercises in the library should be selectable for the tabata or workout. I would buy a pro version if that were made available. This is a great simple app, no log in required. :)
This is the best tabata app. With the right mind, discipline and determination in using this app you will see great result.
Loads of preset workouts missing the option to add your own exercises tho. Apart from that all good.

Great app! The ui is slightly ugly and the move library are somehow limited but very very good app overall!
Simple and customizable timer and exercises; clear instructions with diagrams; presets available. Problem is, some of those features don't work together. The custom timer can't be put to use with your own defined workout. Some moves in the library can't be selected for your own workout. You can't select one exercise type twice in your own workout to make cycles without restarting the workout. Wonder if there'll be an update to fix this?

Just what I was looking for in a hiit fitness app!
Great app! I just wish there was a way to log my HIIT workouts within a calendar in the app so I can track which workouts I did. Another nice feature would be to add short clips of how to perform each exercise. On a side note, I love the daily motivation quotes.

Easy and requires no real imagination. I pick the workout and it counts down for me.
