MASL Sales App of SPARK MINDA is for company Sales team only (work as Online & Offline)

- Enter your Employee Code as User & Password for first Time only and it will
show you next screen with message “Don’t close until data of app NOT synced
completely” and only then app will be used as offline.

- Once it syncs completely it will show Dashboard.Now, you can add new visit without internet (offline).

- Once data synced completely user can select any BP/RET/MEC offline and
place order or discussion offline (without internet).

- Once order is placed it will reflect in order history panel. User can
see different status icon (!) for sale order which are NOT updated
to server and status icon for order synced and updated
successfully to our server.

- User can do multiple visit (Sale order/Discussion/Query) from
remote area where internet is not available and finally Upload all
transactions by UPLOAD features at left side main menu when
internet is available.
- Here, current location of user automatically send along with all
offline visit but off line transactions will be shown as OFFLINE.

- After Upload status of transactions changed to for order
synced and updated successfully to our server.


The objectives of the new mobile app are :-
1) To improve the relationship with retailers & mechanics by instantly gathering & sharing feedback on various products
2) Better secondary sales tracking.
3) Direct mail of secondary orders to Business Partners.
4) Instant addition of new 2T & 3T partners.
5) Instant Daily Sales Report (DSR) preparation.

User Guide as :

>> After Login a Dashboard screen will come with a Menu list on Left Swipe.

- change your profile picture by tap image icon
- select image from your image gallery

>> To Start Visit click on + ADD NEW VISIT button place on Dashboard.

- click on + PLACE New Order button to take order from respective customer.
- click on ADD Discussion to put/resolve queries of respective customer.

- Click on + ADD NEW VISIT button to start visit
- select customer type (Retailer/Mechanic) whom you are visiting now.
- Then select your visiting Territory & respective customer.

- click on Add to Cart to add Product Items in list one by one after selecting items.
- click on View Cart to see/finalize product list for current sale – order by click Place order button.

- Select BP /Retailer whom you want to forward you sale order-details.
- Enter your local market name and remark if any.
- Tap on signature panel to take customer signature as approval of visit/sale order.
- Finally Click on Confirm Order button to place Sale Order.

>> Click On Add Retailer /Mechanic from Left Side Menu or from Dashboard button to add new customer (Retailer /Mechanic) in the system.
- Enter New Customer-details in respective text fields.

- Enter city name and it will automatically show you all available cities in respective area and when you select appropriate from list it automatically fill the respective Territory , Zone , State, Country, PIN.
- Select Category (A/B/C), Appointed (Y/N), Dealing Wheal Class (by tick –can be multiple), concerned Retailer(by tick –can be multiple), Auto-Electrical(Y/N)

- Tap on signature panel to take customer signature as approval of visit/sale order.
- Tap on Picture panel to take customer’s Shop picture as approval of visit/sale order.
- Finally Click on Register button to ADD customer in system.

- click on side menu MY ORDER to see the history visit/order details any time.
- click on side menu MY DISCUSSION to refer all discussion done so far.
- click on side menu MY HOLIDAY to see all your Holiday availed this month.

- click on side menu PRICE LIST to see the live price list of particular Product group in our complete range.
- click on side Menu MY NOTIFICATION to check all new news/Flyers /Product launched specifications.
