Por meio desta o canal de Vendas Varejo da Claro tem controle sobre o trabalho de seus gerentes de negócios por meio de um login e senha específico para cada usuário cadastrado. Trata-se de um APP com uma imagem moderna e intuitiva tendo como principais objetivos otimizar a produtividade, eliminar possíveis fraudes, proporcionar aos colaboradores melhor desempenho de suas funções e a oportunidade de gerar dados reais e consistentes.

COM O CLARO GN É POSSÍVEL:

- Usuário MASTER extrair relatórios, comunicar com o canal, criar/gerenciar e filtrar usuários, publicar conteúdos, emitir alertas, avaliar a produtividade de cada membro da equipe.
- Realizar check-in dos PDVS e emitir um relatório obrigatório com informações pré- determinadas.
- Enviar input de vendas com informações de venda após concluir o roteiro diário.
- Relatar Informações referentes a processos e procedimentos do Canal
- Acompanhar mudanças no ambiente interno e externo.
- BackOffice tem a oportunidade de publicar informações com o intuito de ter uma comunicação ágil entre o cliente no PDV

- Conduct of pdvs check-in and issue a mandatory report with predetermined information.
- Send input sales with sales information after completing the daily routine.
- Report Information regarding the Channel processes and procedures
- Monitor changes in the internal and external environment.
- BackOffice has the opportunity to publish information in order to have an agile communication between the customer at the POS
