RainBoWizz

RainBoWizz is a social network concept that attempts to create a common platform for creative thinkers from all walks of life, from all parts of the world for art or media collaboration. The network has the primary objective to recognize the talented poor, non-privileged creators with immense capabilities to provide them with the best possible credits for their creation. There are three key players in this network 1) Aspiring Creators (first level ) 2) Mentors (second level) and 3) Overseers (third level). Any creator in the network has the option of elevating onself to mentor status by joining new members under him/her. However a member cannot be a mentor for than 100 people. RainboWizz could be viewed as a Multi level Network of endless CENTURIONs or MENTORs with a team of 100 members.

There are three important activities in the network and they are 1) Team Building 2) Media Building 3) Media StoreHouse (for e-Sales). Note that this version of RainBoWizz application has the option of Team Building only.

The RainBoWizz network expects the Creators to posses a natural gift of creating ORIGINAL work. They can chose any mentor of their choice send them a request to join the network. However its upto the mentor's discretion to accept or reject a request after an informal interview with the requestor. They invariably receive the lion share of their work credits (86% of revenue on sale). They join as budding apprentice under a Mentor (Guru) to gain experience in fine tuning their creativity, getting immense support from their mentor responsible for their guidance in their pursuit for perfection and overall marketability of their talent

The Mentors perform the most crucial role in the network. They build a team of higly talented individuals who are quick learners, collaborators and developers with a profound passion for creativity and ensure the media repository content within their network is devoid of obscenity and appropriate even for minors. The network recognizes this responsibility and reward the mentors with 6% of revenue on sale from the creators under them besides their personal sales. As mentioned earlier a mentor cannot have a team of more than 100 hundred members.

The Mentors elevate themselves to Overseers when their experienced team members take up the mantle of mentors to train fresh members joining under them as apprentice. The network rewards the Overseers with 6% of revenue on sale from their first downline members of hundred people and 2% of revenue on sale from their second downline members of 10,000 people.
