For an app that deals with confidential medical information its full of gliches. I couldn't even activate and it says my account has already been activated!! Very poor and very concerning that such a badly designed app has access to health records. Someones laughing all the way to the bank!!

I can't even access the app because I can't set a password. It's very frustrating! I write in a password then type the same password to confirm and for some reason it says I've typed a different password but I haven't. I've done it numerous times and it's still not working.

i like the app works well on my phone easy to view the info. But the address for my health center is wrong. right photo, right phone number, but wrong street and town. this kinda makes me question how accurate the more important info would be.

Iv been using was ok now everytime I go to log in it just goes to a white screen have Uninstalled it and then installed it again but no change?

Everytime I add this app makes my ph do annoying things like skipping back to main menu, been confirmed when sent phone back to be fixed.

is better than dealing with the web browser version - seemed to work okay, until trying to set 'notification' opts in settings ... keep hanging - just exit, go to 'running apps/background processes' and force stop. if the developers keep "developing" ;-) should be all good.

It needs some work.rejected my password choice because i had symbols in it.but ok now.

Its really pretty okay. I can now order repeats (had an issue the first time). All kiwis should have this app.

Love this app. So handy as i go to the doctors often.

It uses a date picker for a date of birth field, without the option of typing the date in manually. I'll need to swipe about 480 times to get to my date of birth? It should allow manual entries at least

It's ok. It's a pain having to log in every time

Log in then just get a blue screen.....thats it.....doesnt change...

It will not let me on keeps saying my password is not correct

This app is superb! Makes checking my health records so much easier!

Very handy to be able to see all previous test results. Was quick to download and run. Love it!

I recommend registering on a computer. Then getting the mobile app. Works good.

Simplified all my medical needs.

A seemingly excessive number of taps to access each function. Sometimes the app hangs, requiring a restart, when attempting to input results data. A useful improvement would be to have a PIN like the bank apps instead of requiring a full password each time.

Incredibly slow to open and it seems you have to hit bottoms more then one to get topics to open. Would take less time to look doc up and phone book and call him

Works well. However would be helpful to be able to log in with your fingerprint and the user interface needs some improvement

Great app makes ordering prescriptions so easy and test results etc. Perhaps it needs to link to local pharmacy with pay online for Drs prescriptions then we just have to go to the Pharmacy to pick up.

When a new entry is available it is vague as to what it is. Is it test results? Diagnosis? Doctor's notes? This should be obvious from the notification. How bout a flag that shows where the new entry is when we open the app?

Love being able to book appointments, see history etc - well done!!!

Great to get results of tests etc and also to 'talk' to my GP.

Liked the concept of the app - very cool to be able to do this from your phone. However, the app crashed a couple of times on me the first time I tried it, and the UI in general is a bit ugly and clunky to use. Keep up the good effort though!

Firstly you need to be able to install the app. I have and it is not on my phone. When I go back to reinstall it tells me it is installed on my device. But it is not. What a waste of time I could have rung the doctors 30 times by now. This looks like all promise no substance. Modern day confusing activity with results.

A new look or something it needs an update of some description

I've found this app so useful and quick

Great to be able to easily access lab results, repeat prescriptions, appointment requests etc. A few things could be improved but it's a good reliable app that makes life much easier.
