TreatMeOut is a health-oriented safety app designed to keep you safe 24/7. Its innovative features enable both physical safety (guarding) and personal health safety including real emergency cases. With TreatMeOut, you get the power to carry a constant guard with you that can identify an emergency situation you might encounter and instantly generate alerts and consequent actions that can be most life saving.

Have you ever felt unsafe while walking or experienced a health problem like respiratory difficulties or struggled to find your way to your destination? Have you ever, accidentally, fallen or faded and found it difficult to recover and reach back home safe? If you've experienced such a situation or fear that a person you care about might face such an incident, TreatMeOut is the app for you.

Through TreatMeOut app, a batch of services become accessible to you, including fall detection, health assessment, constant notifications of someones's location, immediate alert of indicated emergency contacts, via SMS messages and phone call, and immediate alerts to an Emergency Operations Center (service available in next version).

In fact, this app comprises a complete set of services, crucial for someone’s life when being in danger, starting from ordinary health assessment, up to interconnected Authorities Filtered Alert through the Emergency Operations Centre (version TreatMeOut Pro).

FUNCTION
The emergency case identification is built on a self-risk assessment combining several personal safety features and the signals received from the integrated sensors. Personal features are customised though a series of technical settings. Whether it is the user who feels uncomfortable or being in danger (physical or health) and presses the button or the system automatically detects an abnormal condition (permanently activated Risk Alert button), an audible alarm is triggered.

In most cases, this is achieved by means of fall detection, followed by a series of health protocol based questions. The user is given a short period of time, to cease the trigger, excluding the case of accidental activation, by double clicking on it. If not, received data are processed by a smart algorithm that reduces the noise and indicates with significant accuracy a real emergency condition for the user.

Even in cases of people who face Dementia / Alzheimer and related diseases, it locates and informs selcted contacts of their location, on a custom period (default setting per 1 hour) to ensure they don't get lost and can always get traced.

Preselected contacts are communicated through automatic phone call and SMS messaging. The alert contains the identity of the user in danger and exact details of the location, as received by the GPS, including coordinates and links with maps. Simultaneously, the generated report is transferred to a dedicated Emergency Operations Center, and handled appropriately.
