From olive oil to truffles, from processed meats to cheeses protected by the IPG stamp (Protected Geographical Indication), the Marche offers an incredible variety of dishes, prepared respecting recipes and ancient traditions. Twenty wines, including many DOC and DOCG, go well with the local cuisine: in this land each flavour has its own wine and every change of landscape adds more or less intense aromas.
