The DW mobile viewer for Android Smart Phones and Tablets is a free app that allows users to connect, view, playback, and search Digital Watchdog’s video surveillance solutions anywhere, anytime.
The new remote viewer with a user-friendly Graphic User Interface allows remote control of Digital Watchdog’s popular security products, including VMAX, VMAX480, VMAXFlex, VMAX D1, VMAX960H, VMAX960H Flex, VMAX 960H Core, and VMAXIPNVRs.
It also allows users to view up to 16 channels simultaneously in live or playback, capture immediate still images, and control PTZ cameras.
New features include live video, search and playback, PTZ control, audio and microphone control, snapshot images and screens’ order reorganization.

I can not use the app on 3g or 4g, i can only use it when I'm connected to WiFi. Ot sucks when you cant check your cameras away from home. Will this be fix soon.... Please reply back

After viewing my 9 cameras for a few seconds, they start shuffling positions at random making it impossible to view them until I restart...then it happens all over again.

This app worked several times on my Android phone then had to have my alarm company which installed the system, come back and call tec support. Now again not working. Can not see any cameras, cameras won't populate. Works OK with iPhone though, just not with my Android phone.

The app sucks for a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ No save button and the "menu" button does nothing. Holding down the open apps button on the bottom left only says "the current screen does not support split screen view" The assistant plus option in settings may work but I don't understand it.

I mainly want this to search. If you select 'search' a pop-up appears with search options and then disappears. Useless
