It doesn't open at all now
The calendar isn't showing any of the workouts I'm doing, and some of the buttons as well as the confirm button doesn't do anything. The rest counter is nice. It's missing a down or up counter for a hold rep, like an aerobic stretch or a plank, or if I want to countdown my exercise. A few misspellings here an there also. I want to be able to move around some exercises to different parts of the body so I could edit my own workout for that part and track it.
i'm using this app and it is great during training session
I want to see how much weight for how many reps i did last workout. Other than that i like it.
I have been using this app for 2 weeks now. It is great for tracking my workout on weight machines at the gym. You need to set up your routine before using it. I can't add a new machine to the routine on the fly. If I do the spreadsheet & the routine don't match, and I can't add any new data. One thing I would really like to see added is displaying what my last entry was when I am adding data in Performances. This would let me see what my last performance for that machine shown so I know what I need to do so to maintain or increase the weight. Update ver. 3.0 This app has gone to being useless. The app needs good instructions included with the app. I tried using MyPreformance after the update to ver. 3 & I was unable to add any workout information. I tried deleting the month's information & reentering the new info, no go. It needs to be better documented. If the author had a web site listed I would hope there would be decent instructions on how to use the app. The app is so bad now I would give it 0 stars if possible. Hopefully it will be corrected soon as I did like version 2.

Complicated. Blank paper is faster and more descriptive.
At first it's a little hard to configure all exercise, but once we did it, it's really easy to use

This app it's great, easy to use, clear. Just would be perfect if I can export/save data, and when doing performances can shows the weight of the last performance (like a reminder)
A bit aggravating to set up but once you got your routines in there's no problem..wish there was a spot for warm ups that could be logged in to see how they progress but not count in the average for your evolution.. everyone likes to see where they start from but no one wants their stats decreased because of it
Cant see previous weight/reps while in current program- so hard to see how much you did last workout when putting weights on bar in the gym. Otherwise it's good for tracking progress
Needs work. This app is some what confusing, needs pointers on what's what and how's.
Would be a 5 if there were a reorder feature for workouts like there is for exercises. Example: if I enter workouts named Abs, Chest, and Shoulders and then want to enter one named Cardio, it would go to the bottom of the list with no way to alphabetize the list. Other than that I love the app. Great features and easy to use.

Of the free workout journal apps I've tried this is the cleanest, easiest to operate. However, in my opinion it needs an additional feature: it would be great to see , while doing the workout, the amount of reps and weight per set being aimed for (e.g. 15 reps at 50 lbs), as well as previous performance on the equivalent set (e.g. last Monday on the same set I got 13/15 reps at 45 lbs)
Need more exercise selections , but it does the job at hand.
It would be nice to see pictures and a diet plan to make this app more effective. Better yet how long to wait for pre/post workout meal. This way we can just get straight to the point without issues.
takes awhile to set up as a more advanced gym user. had to put in a lot of exercises. but at least it gives you that option which is a must. when in a routine..there is no way to pause to use other phone functions, or do anything really.. it forces you to exit the routine. to get started again..you start the routine from scratch on a new line entry, and it puts exercises you have already done that day on the list again. I need to be able to get back into the routine I was doing. This is a pretty big need. and what about a back up function?

Would be nice to be able to copy/paste routine into diff. days aka: 3 day full body split using same order of exercises for days labeled like mon, weds, Fri or etc.
This is better than most free workout trackers, but it still lacks some very basic functionality like viewing progress for more than 1 month at a time. Also has some minor bugs.
Does not allows me to enter my 3 sets, 12,10,8 reps routine. It's limited to same amount of reps per set. Also, the organization is too complicated. You first have to create a "routine", then create a "workout" and pick a day or days, then you have to create your "exercises". It makes more sense to pick a day or days for each exercise, not for workouts. It's not simple enough for use between exercises. If you want to make gym users a favor, please make things more simple.
