Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance

Awful. Paid for a jump. They sent someone who didn't know how to jump my car, and had to pay extra for a tow. Once at the garage, they immediately jumped my car, and everything was fine. Annoyed that I had to pay twice for something due to staff incompetence. Don't use.

SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION! Do not download this app. They should be sued for false advertising. A truck will show up on the map next to you to make you think there's a truck nearby. There's not. There will be an option to call them. It doesn't work. They will eventually call you (after they charge your credit card). Weber they call they'll explain that the truck in the app is just "how its designed" but they'll go try to call places to come to you and they'll call you back. They won't. The app says 30 minutes. That is untrue. After a hour with no truck ever assigned to me I cancelled and called a local tow company. My card was charged $69 and I may or may not get it back, all to just jump a dead battery. This is a scam and a ripoff. I'll also be contacting Google Playstore. They're just as liable if they allow unethical businesses to charge people and nut provide a service. If I was in a dangerous situation this could have been much worse. Don't risk it.

Doesn't work. Tried twice, a year ago and now. No good.

I used to twice to tow our fleet vehicles because the price was good and they accept credit cards rather than cash only. The towing service replied quick and was on scene within about 30-45min each time. The only annoying thing is in both cases the real time tracking never. Even after the vehicle was picked up it should the same ETA and tow truck location, very annoying.

I used this because I was out of AAA services for the year. I had tried another app, but my vehicle is 20+ years old, so it would work...so I gave this a shot. Despite 3 service vehicles being less than 20 minutes away, it still took over an hr. And no time updates on the app. Pretty disappointed this cost me $65

I was really impressed to see so many choices nearby. These folks have done their work to ensure good geographical coverage. The interface is super easy to use and makes sense. Great job!

The app requested access to pictures, video, and media which I denied(it's a towing app, I understand giving it location) so the app shut down and would not open without access to all my pictures etc. Too much big brother, sorry I wasn't able to actually review the service, your app is crap

App is just a finder service. Providers did not respond and customer service was worthless.

Wants access to my pictures. Why? No need for that. To invasive.

$70 for a battery jump? Yeah, no thanks. Might as well buy an AAA membership for that price. Uninstalled.

$100.00 per tow or more.. makes no sense.

Saved my butt! Flat tire. No AAA. No need for a tow. Just a tire change. 30 mins to get there. 6 min tire change. Professional. Friendly. $60.

Take AAA and streamline the process into a very cool APP, and you have Urgent.Ly!

In an emergency, this is a good app. However, it takes forever to get help. I got a flat tire on an off ramp and sat there over two hours with a screaming baby, waiting for a tow truck to bring their jack to change the tire.

Driver cancelled order, company charged the account and their response is "oh we need the card number again"..... Why??? Because they need to charge another$100 to send another person. Unacceptable to make the customer responsible for the provider canceling. Will never use nor recommend this company again.

This is a life saver. Simply tap on a help vehicle, and watch help arrive. My help was able to find me within 20 minutes. fast and reliable. You can see your driver and they can see you, no more dark roads not knowing your own location. they can find you within minutes.Rescue is on the way. great app to keep on your phone.

Crashing every use

$59 for a jump? Wal-Mart sells portable jump packs for $30. This is a complete and utter ripoff.

I have not used the service yet, just signed up to get in on the iPhone7 drawing that is currently going on by downloading and setting up the app on my android phone. However, I wanted to say something in reply to the horrible review from "Thomas" and his comments about the "horrible pricing with Walmart battery jump packs being only $30 and way less than the Urgent.ly jump service"... I must say that if you are stuck on the road no where near home and no where near a Walmart with a broken down car and you're also NOT a "preexisting" AAA roadside assistance member paying at least $70 per year or more, then this "Urgent.ly" service sounds like a great deal at a "reasonable" price for the services offered. The services they offer sound like they instantly give you access to a guaranteed "AAA" type service if for those of us who are not already members. I can say that if you don't have a existing service like "AAA" and you break down then start calling random garages out of the phone book you are going to get taken to the cleaners and pay a lot more than these published Urgent.ly rates and who knows what type of customer service you will be getting~! Go Urgent.ly great idea!!!

It's okay. However, I can't put in my truck because it's year model isn't on the list. It's a 1999 model year and the scale only goes down to 2011 as of the time I am rating.

$59 for a jump start. Not the cheapest around, but maybe it works for you.

No sister or Dudley brother, will stop to help you stuck on the side of the road, what are you going to do, wait to a friendly shemale or he-male showing Biblical sisterly or brotherly kindness to stop bye to help?!? You better expect "Christine" the possed car to run you over. If I am broken down on the side of road, don't rubber-neck and keep going!!! Have a Blessed day!

App said tow truck would arrive in 25 minutes. 90 minutes later, 3 unanswered call to provider later, phone call to Urgently later, a bunch of texts later, I get a text saying they would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, no truck and a text saying another 15 minutes. Canceled request and uninstalling app.

I had just had new brakes put on my car. My tire shredded because how the mechanic improperly put on my brakes. The lug nuts were to tight for me to removing them manually. They came out and put the spare on. They came to me fast like with 10 minutes. They operators even called to make sure someone came. They 30 minutes after to make sure I got to my destination.

Most of my travels are on my Harley-Davidson '98 FLSTC. Need to include motorcycles in this app. I am more likely to need assistance while riding as there is no gas gauge on most Harleys. Once switched to reserve one has to get somewhere to refill. Especially if traveling by highway.

I added my wife, and her info shows up, but it says "this member not yet signed up ". But does not tell how to "sign up"! Confusing!

These guys really worked to get me and my girlfriend off the road best roadside assistance I've ever had

Worst ever charges even when they dont help

59$ to jump start? Don't forget to call your insurance guys, if you have one. We just tried and was done for free. I would have gone for it if it was around 30.
