About Volume Controller 1.01

A simple application allow you justify the volume audio: alarm, media, notification, ring, system and voice call.
I create this app because my Nexus 4 has some problem with volume button after updated to Android 4.4.2.
Hope this app help someone has the same problem with me.

Add some pre-defined mode:
- Normal: 2/3 maximum
- Silent: mute
- Vibration: vibration with tone
- Vibration + silent
- Outloud: maxmimum volume
Show current using mode.
Add "Mute" checkbox for each audio stream
