Don't know how to give negative rating one of the worst app once they Registered complaint gave u a complaint number and after few automatically resolve them but no action taken on that complaint by them , honestly they are making fool

No redress to complaints at all. Not useful one bit despite Digital India initiative

Worst app.No one listens to the complaints raised.These so called sarkaari babus are just to take salaries from our tax money.I raised complaints three times to repair street light of my area.No one came to repair it and each time my docket number was closed "satisfactorily"!

All drain over flow and area very dirty

After lodging a complaint, a complaint ID is assigned to you and that's it. No action is taken and the complaint is resolved after a few days. Bunch of morons. Wish I could slap them left and right. And the idiots who are giving this app 5 stars deserve to die on a pile of trash.

Good ...but lots of irregularity ..not transparent...there should be account set up for each user and user should be able to look previous history of complaint and give feedback on unsolved complaint & also print and put history of complaints to higher authorities for proper action....

It needs a feedback option where unadressed complaints can be relodged

I've had a good experience, surprisingly with nearly most of the complaints being addressed fairly quickly. Manholes were covered, streetlights were installed new and non working ones were replaced on registering complaints. On one occasion dangerous stray dogs were dealt with too. Water related complaints are handled not in a professional manner though in my case. Sometimes the executive engineers are rude and unhelpful as if registering a complaint is disturbing them. Anyway, still it is a good service.

I have many time lodge my Complain but Nagar nigam didt Contact me And my complaint Has been Solve Without Any information...Disgusting...

Sir ..thanks for the app....im registering complaints and getting help from govt.

Its an honest attempt by the Government, requires more improvement in app by the developer. There is no system of attachment of photographs of the complaint and the loading of snaps by the authorities who have attended/rectified the complaint. In most of the cases zonal officer after reading the complaint writes completed next morning without verifying with complainant, there should be proper flow chart must be visible to all officer/workteam/complainant. No transparency and sincier approach ,only goodie 2

Bullshit, no action is taken. Sirf complaint karo and you get an ID for the compliment & after a week u get a msg that it has been resolved without any action being taken. Govt. needs to make it people friendly.

Every time my mobile hangs and does not work for a long time, as & when I try to open the app. How can one expect honest and transparent services by a corrupt department. As it appears that some relative of some leader or official has been obliged by heavy consideration through the rubbish app development. Total fraud, cheating and wastage of time. The way mobile hangs, indicates that there might be some spyware or malware. Shame shame....
