About Pulse Mobile Reporter

Mobile Reporter is an application relying on Pulse software suite developed by HITEC Luxembourg S.A. for humanitarian organisations.
Its aim is to report information on site to your head-quarter, keeping a high resilience when no connection is available. The application contains following tools for reporting:
- Location tracking and tracing.
- Localized pictures and videos.
- Map assessment via POI libraries (Ocha, emergency.lu).
- Localized messages.
- Localized alert in case of emergency or entrance in an unsafe zone.
This application is especially designed to work even with poor or no connection in remote non connected areas or after a disaster when the communication infrastructure are destroyed. All data are recorded in case the device is off-line and sent automatically when returning on-line.

Application crashes every 30 s on any change in settings or clicking on the options GUI should be made more intuitive: - User is stuck at login if have no credentials to sign in since sign up option is not working - Icons not appealing - Icons misleading - "Turn tracking" element looks like a slider but in fact it is a switch (I tried to slide and I went to another panel) - Small icons (hard to use even in regular situation sitting behind my desk, I could not imagine what would happen to EM personnel during a crisis). - Try to simplify design - a clean and neat interface - big intuitive labels on buttons - Zero training necessary - a small hints should be included for complicated options I hope this will help... Best regards, Bogdan Pavkovic
