وثيقة النقل: مستند يثبت عقد النقل ويعتبر هذا المستند قرينة على تسلم الناقل للبضائع موضوع النقل بالحالة المبين فيها ، ويكون لحاملها المخول قانونـاً الحق في تسلم تلك البضائع.
