--great app with good intentions. To earn points, I found the actions were not too obtrusive or cumbersome. My biggest criticism is that the issues are presented without context. While the onus is on me to be more informed, I'm concerned that I'm being critical of a government or administration that isn't necessarily deserving. Moreover while I'm politically neutral (most of the time), are the choice of 'actions' too polarized to a political ideology or agenda?

I feel manipulated into getting concert tickets, though I like the speaking up part. However this is too close to "freeedom" and favors only being granted to those who jump through hoops. NOPE. #FreedomForAll. Count me out.

Having issues logging in through facebook.. it says logged in but it won't bring me to the main page of the app so I can start collecting points...please fix

I too feel a little manipulated into taking a stand for these issues to get concert tickets. While I support all or most of the initiatives I felt I had to in order to get tickets. I just wish there was another way.

It won't let me add my Twitter account, tried both with "@" in front and without.

I can't log in with Facebook. .tried several times... plus It won't allow me to save my twitter account or email .. I hit save and nothing happens! !

Crashes constantly, information is out of date. Waiting for that July 24th drawing that I just entered on August 10th. Sloppy work.

I downloaded the app but it won't let me log in with Facebook, so I deleted the app and download it again but the same thing happened, I still can't log in using Facebook on my galaxy phone

Won't save my twitter handle to allow me to tweet and won't let me make phone calls

Great point system, great initiative. You should more clearly flag that you don't need to add the hash tag for your Twitter handle.

It won't allow me to save my twitter handle, Instagram account or allow phone calls.

Amazing app, bringing a pinch activism to everyone's daily life

I love being a global citizen, but this app won't let send me any tweets out. Everytime I try it says error loading tweet. I even created a whole new Twitter to see if there was an issue with my username. And there is nowhere on the app to contact support with this issue.

I hate having to leave a bad review this year also, but the app is truly disastrous. I don't know why Global Citizen just doesn't hire a few Android developers to iron out the kinks and handle the bugs. I have downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times in the past couple of days and yet I can't see the Festival tab to earn points for the festival in NYC, although my friend can see it and earn points on her Android phone. It seems like a roll out issue. Please help me address this problem or have someone look into it

I can redeem my points for a bunch of different events, except the Global Citizen festival in NYC P.S: Already updated the app, still didn't work.

This new update is wonderful, it makes it incredibly simple to take action on issues that you believe in as well as to read articles and educate yourself on things that you didn't know were happening. This organisation and app make it so easy to help those in need and I really love it.

The app does not let me tweet even after I connect the accounts. Gives me the option to connect everytime I try to tweet out one of the actions but it does not work. Any suggestions?

Completed all activities on the first day. No new actions available. With all the issues we face, more opportunities for activism is required.

The Twitter application integration is broken.. can't take any Twitter related actions.. been present since the app was released

Even After the Update Twitter Still DOES NOT connect or allow you to tweet. I have earned to date 246 points by referring a lot of my friends who used my link to register, and by completing all the actions...but now your App says I only have 17 points??!! Please fix this...cause the App wont allow anyone to ENTER to win Tickets. This is NOT FAIR! We have put in a lot of time and effort completing actions and earning these points!
